Former Flint Powers all-state guard Shane Moreland is packing his bags for the “Gateway to the Gators”: Sante Fe College in Gainesville, Florida.
Moreland transferred out of Miami-Dade junior college this fall, came back to Michigan and is on his way back to Florida where he used to live with his family.
Moreland will practice with the team this season but will not play in games until next.
Moreland is a great shooter and playmaker and I hope it’s a good situation for him to move on up.
It’s good to finally know some info on at least one of the Moreland brothers. It’s as if they fell off the face of the Earth.
