Glen Oaks is 9-0 and Lansing 8-1 in the MCCAA Western Conference so this is a big game with big league and playoff seed implications. Michigan’s JuCoLand is really tough this year, as four teams are nationally ranked and one more, Lansing CC, honorable mention. Even teams that aren’t ranked nationally now, ie Oakland CC and Grand Rapids CC, where nationally ranked early in the season, but instate losses to the other nationally ranked teams dropped them out. Can’t be PC and have everyone nationally ranked being from Michigan, although talent wise it’s justifiable! Saw Lansing CC play NCAA D2 GLIAC Northwood even up for a half that I watched scrimmaging preseason! That’s impressive for a JuCo that’s not even the top ranked JuCo by 4! WOW!
