Tuesday night’s upset: Ortonville-Brandon topples Goodrich

Posted: December 12, 2012 by Jared Field in High School

Ortonville-Brandon guard Dylan Morris continues to light up the Flint-area from 3-point range. The 5-foot-8 junior sharpshooter is averaging 23 points per game through three games this season. He had 22 against Goodrich. The Blackhawks’ only loss has been against Swartz Creek, a game they led at the half.

The loss is a major disappointment for Goodrich and its first-year head coach Tim Tenneriello. It was just one of those nights for Goodrich, as three players fouled out in regulation. The Martians will look to regroup as they welcome one of the state’s top teams in their gym on Friday night — Flint Beecher.
