Draymond Green might exceed expectations at MSU.

Draymond Green, former standout at Saginaw High, appears poised to prove the doubters wrong.

In the Spartans’ season opener against Florida Gulf Coast, the sophomore forward scored 11 points with 10 rebounds and three assists.

Many, myself included, thought that Green was undersized and not quite athletic enough to be an impact player at the major college level.

I think I’m going to be proven wrong on this one.

  1. Brandon says:

Draymond is from Saginaw High, not Arthur Hill.
