Damon Franklin, former standout at Flint Northwestern, played his sophomore season at Mott Community College after playing at division one Texas Pan-American. He’s now doing his thing at division three SUNY Cobleskill.

From cobleskill.edu:

The Fighting Tigers hung tough in the second half and were able to cut the lead to six with 5:55 remaining on a dunk by junior swingman Damon Franklin, Flint, MI, Mott Community College, but the Thoroughbreds would counter and would extend the lead back to 11 points at 71-60.

Cobleskill wouldn’t give up, cutting the lead back to six on a three from Franklin, who scored 20 of his game-high 27 points in the second half.  But that was as close as the Fighting Tigers would get on the evening.
