Grand Blanc got snowed under in the third quarter tonight against Brighton at home. Grand Blanc lost the quarter 21-9 and went on to lose the game, 77-66. The Bobcats gave up a combined 47 points to Brighton’s Benjamin Kil and Nicholas Schroeder.

The Bobcats play has been somewhat erratic so far this season, with a lop-sided lose to Carman-Ainsworth followed by victory over the Cavs at full strength a few weeks later.

6-4 senior forward Nathan Sauvola led Grand Blanc in scoring with 21 points. Sophomore Bart Williams and junior Jordan Fields added 14 and 12 points, respectively.

Grand Blanc is now 3-2 on the season. Brighton improves to 6-0.

The Bobcats will next travel to Hartland on Tuesday.
